In 2019, it will be 85 years since the foundation of the Krasnoyarsk region. Before that, we were the Yenisei province, until, in 1925, by a resolution of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee, together with all the provinces and regions in Siberia, they abolished and created a single Siberian region with the center in Novosibirsk. However, this enterprise was not destined to live long due to its enormous size, and on December 7, 1934, the Krasnoyarsk region was formed with the capital in Krasnoyarsk.
