About us

The institution was established on December 28, 2017, with the aim of providing information and advisory services, as well as implementing marketing initiatives in the regional tourism sector. The Tourist Information Center (TIC) was founded by the Tourism Agency of the Krasnoyarsk Krai.

The TIC implements promotional projects that help increase the flow of tourists to the region, as well as a number of infrastructure projects, which contributes to the growth of the tourism and service industries' impact on the region's economy.

Today, the TIC is a modern project office employing over a hundred specialists. Annually, the institution becomes a partner of landmark events, including the International Festival of Ethnic Music and Crafts "MIR of Siberia", the gastronomic project "Wild Dinner", the "Krasnoyarsk Winter Trail Fest" ultramarathon, and the "Skyrunfest Siberia" festival.

In addition, the center's specialists organize and conduct educational events aimed at developing the professional skills of specialists working with tourists in the Krasnoyarsk Krai. Visitor centers of the Tourist Information Center are open at tourist locations in the city, where guests of the region can receive consultations and learn about the sights and cultural sites of Krasnoyarsk and the Krai.

The TIC of the Krasnoyarsk Krai is one of the few in Russia engaged in the implementation of infrastructure projects in the tourism sector: the construction, improvement, and maintenance of tourist facilities. Among them are the "Gremyachaya Griva" eco-park, the observation deck on Nikolaevskaya Sopka, the stairs in the Udachny settlement and on the Torgashinsky Ridge, the visitor center near the Serebryakovsky stream, and the "Yudinskaya Dolina" eco-park. In the districts of the Krai, projects have been implemented to improve the beach in the village of Parnaya (Sharypovsky District) and the territory near the Church of St. Paraskeva Pyatnitsa in the village of Barabanovo (Emelyanovsky District).
