The photo contest dedicated to Krasnoyarsk started

Krasnoyarsk residents are invited to take part in the photo contest. ‘Krasnoyarsk .The faces of the city on camera’

You can submit up to 10 photos created in Krasnoyarsk depicting recognizable, characteristic places of the city, for the competition in four categories:

‘Krasnoyarsk Photoquest’ – photos are based on old photos or paintings depicting the views of the city, taken more than 40 years ago.

‘Youth of My Krasnoyarsk’ –  archival photos from personal and family collections, which  psent recognizable places of Krasnoyarsk and/or large urban events of the past, showing the authorship and date of creation;

‘Modern Krasnoyarsk’ –  photos showing new locations of Krasnoyarsk with a recent history (appeared after 2000), potential attractions;

‘Special Task’ – photos reflecting the involvement of five famous people in Krasnoyarsk, in the fate of which Krasnoyarsk played an important role: Evgeny and Vitaly Abalakov, Innokenty Smoktunovsky, Ignatius Rozhdestvensky, Boris Ryauzov, Sergey Mikhalev. Documentary photographs of these people, as well as photos of places of Krasnoyarsk with which the heroes of the project could be associated are accepted in the nomination.

Deadline - October 30. The age of participation is from 14 years. We accept photos taken on a camera or mobile phone, as well as scanned photos from family archives.

The main prize is the 1TB drive. There are also incentive prizes. The psentation of photos and the announcement of the winners of the photo contest will take place at the Museum of the Artist Ryauzov in November.
