“Telegraph” is situated in walking distance from the Sibir International Exhibition Center, theconcert hall“Grand Hall Sibir”, the ice stadium “Crystal Arena”, the intercity bus station on Vzlyotka, the regional eye center and the regional hospital. The hostel has a separate women's unit, where you can find the rooms and a bathroom with a make-up table, for women only.
