The gastronomic festival ‘SEVER’ starts in Norilsk on July 27

The most delicious event in Norilsk - the gastronomic festival ‘SEVER’ - will be held this year, from July 27 to August 2, in an unusual format - with the opportunity to try yourself in the role of a real chef without leaving your own kitchen.
Anyone can ppare delicious dishes of northern cuisine on the air under the supervision of experienced chefs. And in order not to be mistaken with the proportions and ingredients, a courier will deliver a set of necessary products to you.

A very cool idea, which, in our opinion, will please not only Norilsk residents, but also guests of the polar city :)

Workshop schedule:

● On July 27, together with the chef of the Norilsk restaurant, Mikhail Tsyplakov, we are pparing a salad with smoked smelt, pike caviar, cream cheese, horseradish and green onion pesto.

● On July 28, Ruslan Aslanov, chef at Malina, will teach you how to cook potato pancakes with whitefish caviar, smoked sour cream and herbs.

● On July 29, Sergey Kolevatykh, the chief in the kitchen at Kebab-Club, will share the secrets of making whitefish fillets with fried cauliflower and tofu sauce.

● On July 30,  we are pparing venison steak with pine nuts and stewed barley under the strict guidance of Svetlana Cherepanova, head chef of ‘CoffeeStory’.

● On July 31, Sergei Berdnikov, ‘Sanremo’ chef, will help cook fried deer backs with red cabbage and lingonberry sauce in the home kitchen.

All master classes start at 19:00. It is necessary to buy a set of products and arrange delivery one day before the planned master class. Orders are accepted by the restaurants participating in the ‘SEVER’ gastronomic festival. Their list is on the website gastrosever.ru
