Restaurant FRESCO

When food is an art… This is not just the restaurant’s slogan, this is the whole philosophy which is fully followed by the brand-chef and owner Khayam Aminov and all the restaurant’s team. FRESCO is about emotions, new discoveries in food and accompanying beverages.

In the restaurant’s menu there is a diversity of local products, seasonal herbs, vegetables and berries, which form the base of the cuisine in general. Usage of only fresh, high-quality and in some way unique products create the inimitable bright taste and unusual combinations together.  And, the open kitchen is the soul of the restaurant, it's like a theatre, where you can see every act.

In FRESCO a collection of exclusive wines is  psented. The sommelier chef Vyacheslav Pryadko tries to astonish the guests each week, bring new and rare for Krasnoyarsk sorts of wine, the vintage ones, which are appciated only by real wine connoisseurs. Of course, it is worth  paying attention to the bar zone as well, where Roman Shorokh is the main person. Together with his team Roman creates unusual cocktails and brand liqueurs, he also organizes “guests” with the guys from other cities of Russia.

The degustation hall is unique with its gala dinners of the Fine Dining format. Chefs psent their dishes made with the usage of local and season products: game, fish, wild plants, herbs and berries.

The interior attracts special attention. The combination of wood, stone, glass, dried flowers,  thought out to the last details, and forms gives the feeling of entire unity with the surrounding space and northern nature and tunes to а fascinating gastronomic voyage. The highlight of the restaurant is the sink weighing four tons — the huge stone was brought straight from the unique ancient city, old-times crossroads of trade routes – Irkutsk.
