Fresco Asia is a pan-Asian restaurant in the contemporary interptation of the founder and owner of the Fresco restaurant and ideologist of the eno-gastronomic Festival of Wild Dinners Khayam Aminov.

Here the guests can taste the most exquisite dishes of Asian cuisine: from classic sushi and brand rolls to original soups and steamed Asian ravioli gyoza in modern interptation. Each dish is cooked by real professionals, who thoroughly select ingredients and control the high quality of cooking. 

One of the peculiarities of the cuisine is the combination of different tastes and textures. Each dish here is thoroughly balanced according to the principle of “moderation” – none of the components overpowers another, and all the tastes will harmoniously complement each other. The bar card consists of cocktails, which chef barman Roman Shorokh is responsible for.  Author’s drinks, as well as dishes, psent balanced combinations and are ppared on the base of traditional Asian spirits and ingredients.

A big role in the restaurant is played by the visual component. So, the decor of this place creates the atmosphere of calm and harmony – only natural materials are used here – wood, stone, textile.
