The distance between the hotel and the city centre are about 1 km, you can cover it on foot within 12 minutes. The distance to the departure points, situated in Abakan, is about 19 km to the airport and 16 km – to the railway station.

Some time ago in the hotel’s building there was a workers’ club of Minusinsk and the editorial centre of the Tovarisch newspaper released by the Minusinsk Bolshevicks’ committee. Now everyone can be accommodated here in a single or double room. The guests are provided with everything necessary for satying: a TV, wi-fi access, a kettle, a hair-dryer and slippers. In the hotel there is a dining room and a kitchen, where guests can cook their favourite dishes themselves. The distance from the hotel to the city centre is about 1 km, a walk on foot will take you 12 minutes. The distance to the bus station is 1,5 km. The distance to the departure points, situated in Abakan, is 31 km to the airport and 26 km to the railway station.

This health resort is situated near the healing salt lake Tagarskoye 15 km from Minusinsk. The rest home is situated near the lake Maliy Kyzykul. There is also lake Bolskoy Kyzykul. They are situated 4 km from each other. You’ll have to go 36 kilometers from Minusinsk, but it is worth that: the suburbs of Kyzykul lakes are quite picturesque – mountain terrain and thick forest surround the lakes from all the sides in the territory of 15 hectares there are bedroom buildings, a dining hall, a library, sports grounds, zones for rest and barbeque, a bath and a sauna. During summer period there is an equipped sandy beach. Here it is offered to vary the rest with fishing on the lake, and for the amateurs of active leisure there are bicycles for rent and active games: volleyball, basketball, tennis and football.
