Eco Park Belkin Dom in Sosnovoborsk

In the forest-covered parkland in Sosnovoborsk, not far from the Snezhinka Sports Base several years ago the Eco Park Belkin Dom opened. Its main goal is to pserve the natural beauty of the region and provide contemporary entertainments and activities to the guests.

The park’s area is 1,11 hectares. There is a picnic zone, a cozy café, a yurt and baths in the territory. Educational stands with the information about the local flora and fauna are installed for the visitors. You can rent sports equipment in the local rental store: bicycles, skis and roller-skates.

Infrastructure and recreation zones

In the parks territory there are:

- A rope park and an all-season tubing park for children;

- An outdoor stage and an amphitheatre for cultural events;

- A skate park;
- Courts for table tennis and a ground for playing gorodki;
- Trails and routes.

For walking and active rest there are:

- Trails with the total length of 9 kilometers – for walking;
- Sports routes for 5 kilometers for jogging, cycling and skiing;

- Tourist routes for 28 kilometers, including those going beyond the eco-park’s territory, for amateurs of long-lasting trips.

The contemporary video surveillance system and lightning system on the roller-ski track provide safety and comfort during evening walking.

The project of landscaping of the Belkin Dom Eco Park’ territory in 2021 became one of the winners in the all-Russian competition among the best projects in creating conditions for comfortable city environment.
