The Sever Arena complex was rebuilt on December 20 in 2011. The ice palace includes four blocks. The first block is the ice arena itself, where an ice field for 3.5-4 thousand people, lobbies, foyer, recreation, a cloakroom, four locker rooms with showers, a judiciary, technical and auxiliary rooms, a cafe and a restaurant, a choreography and gym are located. The second block provides a universal gym, two locker rooms with showers, office and technical rooms. The third block consists of sections containing a training room for training sessions, a gym. The fourth block includes stands and a 15-meter-high rock climbing simulator. The modern arenas of The Sever Arena are focused on international, regional and krai competitions in figure skating, basketball, volleyball, futsal, tennis, rock climbing, fitness, and ball dancing.
