Trunenkov Dmitry – bobsleigh

Dmitry Vyacheslavovich  Trunenkov. Dmitry was involved in sports - wrestling, weightlifting and track and field athletics from childhood, he was the winner of the regional quadathlon competitions. After a random offer to go bobsleigh, he decided to try this sport and got involved: “As I drove for the first time in a bob, I fell in love with bobsleigh. And I never regretted this choice. ” Dmitry graduated from the Krasnoyarsk Academy of Winter Sports and was trained professionally under the leadership of Anatoly Vasilyevich Chelyshev.

An accelerating bobsleigh sportsman during his sports career has won a huge number of awards, including February 23, 2014 as a member of the bobsledding four (Alexander Zubkov, Alexey Negodaylo, Alexey Voevoda) brought Russia a gold medal at the Winter Olympics in Sochi.
