Restaurant Cheshuya

Cheshuya is the first fish restaurant in the history of Bellini: for the first time the menu includes 80% of gifts of four seas: the Black, the Japan, the Mediterranean and the Northern Seas. It took 9 years from the idea to its realization. The restaurant is situated in the 2-floor building in the centre of Krasnoyarsk.

Natural stone, wood, metal and textile are combined in the interior.  The first floor is the anticipation of storm, the second one – calm and piece. The pearls of Cheshuya  are two incredible banquet rooms, a children playing zone, a gastronomic theatre and a summer terrace, where tables are located between trees.

Three chefs worked at the impssive menu: brand chef Roman Chemerenko, chef  Ivan Mostovoy and brand pastry chef Nadezhda Saburova. The key conception is the combination of local products, fresh fish and delicacies, which are highlighted with exotic nuances.

The simplicity and brightness of the taste is the main accent. You will be surprised with a gentle tartar made of Yenisey grayling with green pepper tonic. Feel the freshness with light spice in combination with  Shiso sauce, pleasant taste of slightly salted fish слабосолёной рыбы, which is complemented with fresh cucumber.

Or taste a halibut shell steak, baked with apple unagi which will be served with a half of a lemon.
