This year Norilsk will host the Festival of Light for the first time! ✨

It starts on the first day of the polar night, November 30, and will last until December 7. Residents and guests of the Polar region will meet the darkest season brightly! They will be able to go on a virtual journey through the Universe, get acquainted with current multimedia art projects of leading Russian artists and attend lectures on multimedia technologies. The festival will be both entertaining and educational.

The Festival of Light "Walking in the Universe" will take place at several venues in the city:
▷ in the Dolgoye Lake recreation park, where a number of unique lighting installations will be psented;
▷ at the Youth Center, where an exhibition of current multimedia art projects from well-known digital artists of Russia will work;
▷ at the Norilsk State Industrial Institute, where there will be an educational block of the festival, which includes a series of lectures and master classes on multimedia design and urban environment design.
