To the Observation Deck on Nikolaevskaya Hill by Cable Car 

The Siberian Federal University launched the Promenade Ticket summer programme. Now you can get to the observation deck on Nikolaevskaya Hill by cable car. It works from 11:00 to 19:00.

The price of the trip is 100 rubles for an ascent or a descent, and 200 rubles for a return ticket. Children under seven can use the cable road for free, but they must be accompanied by an adult. A one-way trip takes about 23 minutes. The last ascent or descent starts at 18:30.
