The Federal Air Transport Agency extended the ban on international flights until August 1

The Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) sent a telegram to airports and airlines stating the extension of the ban on foreign citizens entering Russia.
‘Until 23:59 local time on July 31, 2020, there is a temporary restriction on the entry of foreign citizens and stateless persons into the Russian Federation ,’ the document says. Its authenticity was confirmed by a source in the government and a repsentative of the Moscow Domodedovo airport.
The interlocutor of the publication in the White House explained that such telegrams have been issued every month since the end of March, when air travel abroad was suspended. Thus, we are talking not only about restrictions on entry to Russia, but also on travel abroad. At the same time, it is possible that if a decision is made to open international air traffic, airlines and airports will receive new telegrams.
