Gastronomic festival "Sever " in Norilsk
The Gastronomic Festival "SEVER" is a new look at northern cuisine and the most delicious event of the year of Norilsk.
This year the SEVER food festival will be held for the second time. In 2018, it coincided with the 65th anniversary of Norilsk. It was attended by 23 thousand people, and its participants were more than 20 entrepneurs in the field of restaurant and gastronomy and 5 external experts, chefs of the most fashionable restaurants in Russia.
The festival starts . Zhanna Prashkevich, head of the design and consulting firm The Guests, curator of the Novikov School of Service will give a lecture “Psychology of restaurant service and sales” for employees of Norilsk restaurants. The expert will discuss the possibilities of standardization with the heads of the institutions.
“Nordic” chef Stanislav Pesotsky will talk about how to get the most out of the local product. The lecture will be interesting to managers, cooks and waiters of various catering establishments. On the same day, Sergey Popov, a member of the Moscow and Russian Sommelier Association, will tell you why restaurants need a wine expert.
nutritionist Yulia Lodygina will meet with chefs and restaurant managers to talk about how to improve the menu and discuss gastronomic trends in the context of people's desire to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Street Food Festival will take place
30 pavilions of Norilsk cafes and restaurants with specially developed menus, including dishes of northern cuisine;
cooking master classes from the best chefs of the country;
performances of the Norilsk street theater of absurdity "Waiting for the sun" and the Moscow clown theater "Vysokie bratja & Tall Brothers";
