Race "Borus Skyrace"

The opening of the skyrunning season in our country traditionally begins from the Borus ridge in the Shushensky Bor mountain cluster. Borus Skyrace is one of the oldest skyrunning races in Russia. In 2020, the race will take place on April 4th. This time the high-speed ascent of Borus will have the status of the Russian Cup Stage.

The scenario is as follows: the participants start from the gates of the Shushensky Bor National Park. The road surface is mostly snowy, there are rocky areas, ice is possible at the top. The distance is 20 kilometers, the total climb is 2000 meters. The participant will have to climb to the top of Borus Glavny mountain, which is 2318 meters. Finish at the starting point. There will be 3 food points at the distance.

Please note that only 250 athletes will be able to take part in the race! The first registrations will last until February, 28. Registration will close on March, 20 or when the participant limit is reached.
