RUAeroflot tickets purchased before May 1 can be reissued without penalties
Now you can reissue unused Aeroflot tickets purchased before May 1 twice without penalties.
To reissue a ticket, a passenger does not need to come to the sales office; it is enough to contact the Aeroflot contact center or the agency where the ticket was purchased by phone by December 31, 2020.
When a ticket is reissued for the first time until December 31, 2020, with the same route and class of service, you will not need to pay extra even the difference in fares, if any, and the ticket validity period will be extended until April 30, 2021.
If it is necessary to reissue the ticket for other dates, route and / or class of service, then the cost of the original ticket will be accepted as payment for a new ticket, and only the difference in cost will need to be paid if any.
Another good news: if your flight was canceled, upon rebooking, the passenger is provided with a one-time 15% to 25% discount from the current fare for the new flight (except for award tickets).
If the cost of a newly issued ticket is lower than the amount of compensation, then a certificate is issued for the difference. It can be used when paying for the company's services for three years.
